I gues that you guys tried to use href.li, nullrefer.com, hiderefer.com and so on, and didn't have luck cuz Hitleap blocked those sites?
I have a solution for that.
So, ummm, let's begin. The trick to it is one script that i found on one forum.
First you need to make a simple website like this:

After that add the first site to hitleap and they won't block it.
You can go on StatCounter now and check your Traffic. It'll say
